Description
Thomas F. O'Neil painted this scene of the Custom House Wharf in Portland
O'Neil often painted with other artists as part of a group called the Brushians. He took up painting at an early age, studied under Charles Frederick Kimball, and mostly painted scenes around the greater Portland area.
