Description
Members of trades groups and fraternal organization often wore badges and ribbons at various ceremonial occasions and when dressed for parades and similar events.
This badge identified a member of Local Union 22 of the Printing Pressmen's Union in Portland. The P.P.U. was organized Oct. 8, 1889.
