A hair comb worn by Mrs. Susan W. Boyd of Portland. Her name and that of the donor appear on the comb. The donor, Mrs. Howard Soule of Portland may have been Boyd's daughter.
She may have been the wife of William Boyd, a lawyer in Portland.
