Description
A daguerreotype portrait of Peleg Whitman Chandler (1816-1889), a prominent attorney and writer in Boston.
This portrait was taken by T. H. Darling, a daguerrian who worked at "Darling Studio/ 62 Milk St. Boston" from 1841-1842. He exhibited his work at the 1841 Third Exhibit of the Massachusetts Charitable Mechanic Association in Boston.
