Admiral Allan F. Everett, of the H.M.S. Calcutta stood with Charles B. Clark (center), mayor of Portland, and Governor Carl E. Milliken aboard one of the ships.
This photograph was on page fifteen of the Wednesday, June 30, 1920 issue of the Portland Evening Express with the caption "Rear Admiral Allan F. Everett, R. N., commanding H.M.S. Calcutta, Mayor Charles B. Clarke and Governor Carl E. Milliken aboard British Cruiser Calcutta."
