Description
The Biddeford & Saco Railroad's 12-bench, open car #31, signed for Biddeford, at the foot of York Hill near the Saco River Bridge. Car #31 was the first trolley car purchased by the Seashore Trolley Museum in 1939. The car is fully restored and operational at the Museum in Kennebunkport.
Note the advertising card on the trolley: Palace Dine & Dance and the sign for Bay View House, a beachside resort.
