Description
The double-trucked, semi-convertible car #174 at Union Station in Portland in July 1935. The semi-convertible windows could be raised or removed during hot summer days for the comfort of its forty-eight passengers. This car was manufactured by the J.G. Brill Company and was operated by the Portland Railroad Company.
