Description
The Executive Committee of the Longfellow Memorial Fund in London wrote to the Maine Historical Society in Portland about its donation of a copy of the bust of poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow that the London group installed at Westminster Abbey.
Thomas Brock created to sculpture was placed 'amongst the memorials of British Worthies in Poets Corner Westminster Abbey."
