Description
The estimated loss from this oil tank fire was $10,000 - $12,000. A few nearby homes in Saco caught fire, along with a large steel and wooden shed that contained oil burner parts and equipment, owned by Mutual Oil Company. Plant manager Hector Tetrault of Sanford was the only person reported injured, with some face and neck burns.
