Description
A dress and coat shown in a fashion drawing were part of the 1932 spring and summer collection of an unidentified Paris fashion house, but probably Lucile. The dress is named "Tournois," after a former French currency.
Mildred Burrage (1890-1983), an artist who studied in Paris and was interested in fashion, had a collection of such drawings. A note with the collection suggested they were to be passed on to another woman.
