Description
The Odd Fellows creed pledged to uphold these four basic charges: (1) visit the sick, (2) comfort the widow, (3) educate the orphan and (4) bury the dead. This fraternal order of Odd Fellows built this building in 1873-74 and in this postcard, there were various stores, and looking to the right rear, a lunch restaurant. In this picture, the face of the building had changed in the forty years since it was first built.
