Description
James Fellows (1837-1914) was cashier of Second National Bank in Skowhegan for 49 years. The son of Gilman W. and Abigail Prescott Fellows, he was born in Waterville.
Fellows married Deborah Thomas Swan in 1865. They had one daughter, Mary Elise, who became a violin prodigy, studying and performing in Boston and Europe. She married mine owner Bruce White of British Columbia in 1898.
