Description
Formal dances were a big part of teen culture during the first half of the 20th century. Participants used these cards to schedule their dances with various partners.
This card belonged to Teddy Levine of Waterville. As the card suggests, he was popular on the dance floor, with most dances penciled in.
The son of William Levine, a peddler who founded Levine's: The Store for Men and Boys in Waterville, Theodore Levine joined the family business.
