Description
Franklin D. Roosevelt, Assistant Secretary of the Navy signed this certificate of appreciation entitled "Eyes for the Navy." T. G. Haskill received this certificate because he must have responded to this appeal and donated equipment to the Navy which would serve as "Eyes."
