Description
The brick Lubec Trust & Banking building dominates this fine view. Judging by manicured but ungrassed soil surrounding the structure, it has just been completed. Up Main Street, immediately behind the building, is the office of Dr. Eben H. Bennet. Note the dogs in the yard. The buildings remain as of 2011, but over the decades Water Street has been filled higher so that the steps into the building are fewer. Beyond the great oak tree at the corner of Main and Pleasant Streets is Monument Park.
