Letter addressed to Mr. Claude L. Bonsey, President of the Trustees of the Surry School District written by Harry G. Carter, Surry, Maine dated September 5, 1952 informing Mr. Bonsey of the inappropriate placement of a weathervane atop the flag staff further citing the Federal Code Rules on the Proper Use and Abuse of the National Flag.
