Description
Dr. Ermo H. Scott was president of Farmington State Teachers College from 1953-1966. Here he is at work in his office in Merrill Hall.
Under his administration, the college became accredited, began a degree program for graduate students, improved the library, increased enrollment, and expanded the physical plant.
