Description
Several women, a banjo player, an accordion player and some cats gather round the wood stove for a cozy evening in the parlor.
The photo is from an obviously staged glass plate negative made around 1899.
(The ceiling is not falling down; rather, the photographic emulsion has lifted from the glass plate in several places.)
