Description
The Green Acre facility in Eliot, had summer programs that attracted hundreds of attendees who traveled by ferry and train to attend. Famous thinkers of the day spoke, such as Abdu'l-Baha from Haifa, Palestine; Edward Everett Hale from Boston, and Swami Vivekananda from India.
