Description
A Tichnor brothers postcard promoting the buildings of the University of Maine in Orono around 1935. The 1906 library shown at the bottom left was paid for in part by Andrew Carnegie and converted to an art museum in 1947.
The caption reads, "Greetings from the University of Maine." The Tichnor Brothers printing company published this type of postcard circa 1930-1945.
