Description

A postcard aimed at tourists visiting Maine in the 1930s and 1940s. The postcard depicts iconic Maine scenes: the State Capital building in Augusta, Mount Katahdin, the rocky coast, and the wilderness.

The caption reads, "Greetings from the State of Maine." The Tichnor Brothers printing company published this type of postcard circa 1930-1945.
