Description
A Tichnor Brothers postcard of the Maine State House in Augusta. The building was completed in 1832, the same year Augusta was named the capitol city. The caption reads, "State Capitol, Augusta, Maine."
The Tichnor Brothers printing company published this type of postcard circa 1930-1945.
