Description
The caption reads, "Y. M. C. A., Augusta, Maine." This building was completed in 1914 and built with money donated in memory of Governor John Fremont Hill. Community businesses contributed money to outfit the building.
The Tichnor Brothers printing company published this type of postcard circa 1930-1945.
