Description
Two students relaxing and chatting by the front entrance to the Gilman Street School of the Kennebec Valley Vocational Technical Institute in Waterville. They may have chosen to take a break here rather than in the schools' lounge since it was small and tended to fill up fast. Despite increasing its usable space by leasing this facility the Kennebec Valley Vocational Technical Institute quickly outgrew it.
