Description
Bernard King, Kennebec Valley Vocational Technical Institute's second director, is shown in the forefront by the register. King was a very devoted administrator. It is rare that you hear of a school administrator dying in the line of duty but that is the case in this instance. King died of a heart attack on his way to work in April of 1984.
