Description
The Gilman School student bulletin board shown covered with flyers, posters, and notices. With more space and more opportunities the school actively sought to better establish a community identity. Kennebec Valley Vocational Technical Institute began developing a variety of clubs and to sponsor a number of extracurricular activities at this Waterville campus.
