Description
The photo, taken during the flood of the Kennebec River in 1936, shows the Lockwood Cotton Mill complex and the Ticonic Bridge.
The tall brick building at the Waterville end of the bridge belonged to Central Maine Power and the long, low building was where CMP kept its trucks.
This picture is taken from the Winslow side of the river looking southwest at Waterville.
