Description
The Fish River runs through Fort Kent, joining with the St. John River along the border of Maine and New Brunswick.
Several buildings of the Madawaska Training School, which front on Pleasant Street in Fort Kent, can be seen in the background.
A photographer with the Eastern Illustrating Co. of Belfast took the photo. The company made "real photo" postcards starting in 1905.
