Description
The Victorian duck house at Deering Oaks Park was built in 1887. Deering Oaks Park was opened to the public in 1879.
The caption reads, "Duck House, Deering Oaks, Portland, Me." This postcard was created by the Tichnor Brothers printing company as part of their Maine vacation series, which was printed from about 1930 - 1945.
