Description
The Somerset Cabins were located along Route 147 in Skowhegan. Thirty cabins offered furnishings, screened porches, radios, refreshments, and running water. As of 1940, the cabins were operated by W. J. Lessard, who also managed an inn in Wells for tourists.
The caption reads, "Somerset Cabins, Route 147, Skowhegan, Maine."
The Tichnor Brothers printing company published this type of postcard circa 1938.
