Description
Ralph S. Colson opened a shop in this building on lower Water Street for repair and fabrication of boats. It passed to Colson’s son Herbert Sr. in 1926, then sold in 1978 to Al(exander) Dyndiuk. 101 feet long, the width is 26 feet, height 17 feet. A panelled apartment creates a second floor at the front of the building. The building remains in use in 2012, bearing a historical R. S. Colson Boat Works sign.
