Description
David Wallace, Organ Curator, and his crew packed up the entire 6000 pipes of the Kotzschmar Memorial Organ in March of 1995, so that renovations could take place in City Hall, later renamed Merrill Auditorium.
This photograph was taken in the former Portland Newspaper Press Building, on Myrtle Street, across from the then City Hall Auditorium, as they were moving pedal pipes.
