Description
The Thomas H. Emery School ("the Emery School") is located at Hill and Birch Streets, Biddeford. It was a combination primary and grammar school housing grades 1 through 8/9. Construction was completed in 1912 and classes commenced in 1913. The school was named for a popular, long-time Biddeford teacher, Thomas Emery, who had died in 1899 at the age of 67.
