Description
Henry J. Hosmer received this bone ring as a Christmas present in 1861 from a fellow inmate while being held as a prisoner of war in Libby prison. Hosmer, a Bangor resident, had served with the Second Corps, Company B of the 15th Massachusetts Regiment before his capture.
