Description
The house to the rear, 974 North Lubec Road, belonged to a Mr. & Mrs. Cox at the time of this photograph.
In that era, before cable and satellite television, householders erected high antennas to capture weak signals from distant stations. Use of the zoom tool reveals the antenna on a pole secured to the chimney of the white house, and a guyed tower in the backyard of the other residence.
