Description
Central Maine Power Co. produced a weekly television show -- Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. on stations in Portland and Bangor -- to offer recipes that could be made on electric ranges.
The show was called "ElectriKitchen Recipes."
This printed sheet of recipes from one show featured Ham Delight, Escalloped Potatoes, Summer Squash, Fruit Coffee Ring, Peach Cobbler, and Frozen Blackberry Jam.
