Description
Mademoiselle Teresa Parodi gave a farewell concert at Portland City Hall on September 29, probably in 1851.
The Italian opera singer was assisted by Mademoiselle Amalia Patti, prima donna contralta from the Astor Place Opera House; Maurice Strakosch, pianist; and Miska Hauser, violinist.
The price of admission was $1.
