Description
The selectmen for the town of Baldwin drafted this warrant to call for a town meeting at Richard Fitch's house on March 6, 1804. The warrant was signed by Baldwin selectmen Josiah Pierce, Ephraim Bacheldor, and Ephraim Brown. Subjects on the warrant include voting to fund, the support of Schools and other town charges, altering School Districts, building and maintaining highways, selecting town clerk and selectmen, and appointing agents to apply to the court of Sessins to discontinue a county road and have a new town road declared as a county road.
