Description
This photograph was taken of Waterford Flat from Valley Road facing north. Part of the National Historic Register District, the Greek Revival/Italianate building pictured here was once the home of Susan Hamlin Wilkins. Wilkins was a local teacher and the person for whom the Wilkins House next to the Congregational Church is named.
