Description
Dickey Hall was constructed in 1914 as the men's dormitory for the Madawaska Training School. It was named after Major William Dickey, who was paramount to the school's founding in 1878. In the fall of 1915, the first floors of the dormitory opened for students but building wasn't fully completed until January 1, 1916.
In 1956, Dickey Hall was was completely renovated and changed to the women's dormitory. It was demolished in 1969.
