Description
The selectmen for the town of Baldwin drafted this warrant, on February 14th, to call for a town meeting at Richard Fitch's house on March 1, 1803. The warrant was signed by Baldwin selectmen Ephraim Bacheldor, Zebulon Larrabee, William Fitch, David Potter, and Ephraim Brown.
The subjects of the warrant include choosing selectmen, town clerk, town officers, raise money to repair roads, building and repairing school houses, and choosing a method to dispose of school lands that belong to the town.
