Description
The first 24 units of this apartment complex were nearing completion in this photo. The complex was built on the north side of County Route 186 near the corner with South Lubec Road and the construction was funded by Housing and Urban Development for elderly and/or low-income residents.
Sixteen additional units were added in in 1978.
