This image shows a view of Gilpatrick Cove located on the western shore of Northeast Harbor taken in the early1900s.
Gilpatrick Cove was named for Samuel N. Gilpatrick and his family that settled the land on the eastern and southern shores of the cove. Great Cranberry Island is visible in the background.
