While in Richmond, she lived with or near her sister Mary and and her husband, Daniel Webber, a farmer.
Sarah Tarbox was born on January 7, 1823 on Westport, which was the Town of Edgecomb until incorporated as its own town in 1828. Her sister Louisa was born on May 23, 1811 and Mary was born June 28, 1809.
