Description
This photograph shows the Princeton Grange hall as it looked around 1950. Plans for the Princeton Grange Hall were drawn up in 1865 or 1866 and it was built on one acre of land. The building still stands today, in 2013, on West Street and has changed little in appearance.
The Town of Princeton agreed to finance and maintain the first floor of the grange building in order to use it as a grade school. After the school was closed in 1945 the Grange accepted full responsibility for the building.
