Description

One of two photographs taken of the interior of Grace and Walter Jackson's home shows the sitting room. In the background through the doorway, a little of the cook room is visible. The Jackson home was located on South Main Street in Monson.

Walter Jackson was a grocer in Monson as well as one of the organizers and leaders of the Monson Cornet Band. The Jacksons had two sons, Earle and Cecil.
