Description
United States Senator William S. Cohen was known for helping at the family business, Bangor Rye Bread Bakery, when in Bangor. This photograph appears to have been taken before Cohen's re-election campaigning in 1984, and was kept with photographs maintained by the staff of Senator Cohen for press and media relations purposes. Senator Cohen's father, Reuben, is wearing a hat that reads, "Senator Bill Cohen," and his mother, Clara, appears on the right.
