Description
The International Bridge from Madawaska to Edmundston. The railroad and some rolling stock are visible in the middle ground. Edmundston is seen on the far side of the St. John River.
A caption on the photograph reads, "International Edmundston Bridge." A caption below the photograph
reads, "Bridge Street. 1923. First Custom House, on left of bridge."
On the back of the mounting board is a note reading, "Bridge St. First Custom House Madawaska 1905."
