The complementary ticket admitted the bearer to the all Irish-American, Portland Montgomery Guards' Grand Excursion to the Saco River in Saco on June 6, 1876.
The text on the ticket reads, "Grand Excursion by the Montgomery Guards, to Saco River, Wednesday, June 28th, 1876. M. John Complimentary."
