Description
This turn of the century photograph shows the soda fountain in the Vallee Pharmacy in Westbrook. Charles Vallee, father to Crooner Rudy Vallee, purchased the pharmacy on the corner of Main and Bridge Streets in 1908. Rudy Vallee worked there for a time when he was young.
Reflected in the mirror of the soda fountain are Aime Boissonneau, who was employed as a clerk, on the left and the owner, Charles Vallee, on the right.
